Privacy Policy

Unscroll is developed by İlyas Torun in Türkiye. This policy explains what the app processes, where it is stored, and the choices available to you.

Data processed on your device

Unscroll may process protected app, category, and website selections; focus sessions; habits; bypass attempts; shield interactions; timestamps; onboarding answers; and privacy-preserving Screen Time reports. Raw FamilyControls tokens, detailed shield and bypass history, and raw DeviceActivity results remain on your device and are not uploaded as part of cloud backup.

Optional account and cloud backup

You can use core features without an account. If you choose Sign in with Apple and enable cloud backup, Firebase Authentication processes your account identifier and may provide an Apple relay email address. Firestore stores a minimized, account-scoped backup such as focus presets without raw selection tokens, completed sessions, habits, progress, and limited onboarding state. Firestore access is restricted to your authenticated user ID.

Subscriptions

RevenueCat and Apple process subscription status, product identifiers, transactions, and entitlement state. Unscroll links RevenueCat to the random Firebase user ID after Apple sign-in. Payment-card information is handled by Apple and is not available to Unscroll.

Analytics and crash reports

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are off by default. You may enable them separately in the app. Analytics excludes protected targets, raw Screen Time data, behavioral answer values, usage estimates, and your Firebase user ID. Disabling analytics resets its local analytics identity. Disabling Crashlytics stops collection and removes unsent reports from the device.

Security and retention

Sensitive local records use iOS Data Protection and are excluded from device backup. App Group storage is limited to extension coordination and bounded event files. Cloud records remain until you delete them, delete your account, or they are removed as part of service maintenance. Diagnostic retention is controlled by the applicable Firebase and RevenueCat service settings.

Your choices

• Use Unscroll without an account.
• Enable or disable analytics and crash reports independently.
• Sign out while keeping local data.
• Clear local data from the device.
• Delete your account and cloud data from within the app.

Data export is not currently an in-app feature. You may contact us for an access request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children

Unscroll is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if local law requires parental consent that has not been provided.

International services

Firebase and RevenueCat may process service data outside Türkiye under their applicable safeguards and terms.
