Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Unscroll, provided by İlyas Torun in Türkiye. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service
Unscroll provides focus, habit, and app-blocking tools using Apple frameworks. Screen Time authorization, system scheduling, device state, and Apple platform behavior can affect availability. Unscroll does not guarantee that every block or system callback will occur at an exact time.
Not medical advice
Unscroll is a productivity and wellbeing tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Seek qualified professional help when appropriate.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your device, Apple account, selected restrictions, and lawful use. Do not attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another user’s data.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and payment handling are shown by Apple at purchase and managed through your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s rules. Deleting an Unscroll account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Accounts and deletion
Core features may be used without an account. Optional Sign in with Apple enables cloud backup. You may sign out, clear local data, or request permanent account deletion from the app. Account deletion is irreversible and may not remove records Apple must retain for transaction administration.
Availability and changes
The app may change, experience interruptions, or lose compatibility due to operating-system or third-party service changes. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change; the effective date will be updated.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
