Include in your message
- Your iOS version and device model.
- The Unscroll app version shown in Profile.
- A short description of what happened and when.
Please do not send Apple credentials, passwords, raw Screen Time selections, authentication tokens, or payment-card information.
Subscriptions
Purchases, cancellation, and refunds are administered by Apple. Open iOS Settings, select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions to manage renewal. Restore Purchases is available inside Unscroll.
Account and data
Profile includes sign out, local data clearing, telemetry choices, and permanent account deletion. Deleting the app removes its local container, but an optional cloud account must be deleted from inside the app or by contacting support.
Response
We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible. Privacy requests may require identity verification.
